These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sharp Sheets Syndicate VIP service operated at syndicate-vip.com (“the Service”). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.
1. Nature of the Service
Sharp Sheets Syndicate VIP provides sports information sourced from third-party syndicate groups via SMS text message. The information provided is for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any information provided. Past performance of any syndicate group is not indicative of future results.
Sharp Sheets Syndicate VIP is not a sports betting advisory service, does not provide gambling advice, and does not guarantee any financial outcome. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information received through the Service.
2. Subscription and Payment
Access to the Service requires a one-time payment of $49.99 per 7-day access period. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your access begins immediately upon successful payment confirmation and expires automatically after 7 days. There is no automatic renewal — you must repurchase to continue receiving alerts.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the time-sensitive and proprietary nature of the information provided, we do not offer refunds once a subscription has been activated and play alerts have been delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevented delivery of the service, contact us within 24 hours at support@syndicate-vip.com and we will review your case on an individual basis.
4. SMS Consent and Communications
By providing your phone number at checkout, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Sharp Sheets Syndicate VIP for the duration of your 7-day access period. Messages include play alerts, welcome messages, and access expiration notices. Message frequency is approximately 3–10 messages per week. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Opting out will terminate your SMS access but does not entitle you to a refund.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Share, redistribute, resell, or publicly post any play information received through the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service
- Share your account access with any third party
Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED WILL RESULT IN A PROFIT. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHARP SHEETS SYNDICATE VIP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR MOST RECENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
